Verdict: number 2. The hook works with the sound off, it films between shifts, and the bandeja is Tuesday's workhorse with the best contribution margin —idea 3 is dropped: it retains and asks for nothing—.
SUPUESTO: no «industry normal» retention figure is used. The target is set against the account's own 4-week mean; if the history is shorter, that is said and the target recalculated.

The dish filmed is the one that leaves the pass, with the same portion weight: no studio bandeja the guest will never receive.
