What it is and what it’s for
What it is: the expert board born inside the house's pre-feasibility engine, as a white-label version — 42 files (279 KB): the message for your AI with the 4 modes and the session protocol, the 23 deep profiles (frameworks, thresholds with their adaptation, diagnostic questions, what each expert refuses to sign), the 14 guardians, the scoring model, the minutes and the decision brief. Plus the MASTERESTAURANT layer in capa_masterestaurant/: each of the 23 seats and the 14 guardians documented for a running food-service or hospitality business, with the house methodology and tools it uses, the data it asks for and what it writes in the minutes (in Spanish).
What it’s for: so an AI sits as the board of directors of your restaurant: a finance spreadsheet, a lease, two suppliers, a second location, a price increase — and hands you minutes with a colour verdict, a traffic light per front, written dissent and the list of what is missing to decide better.
How to use it: download it, unzip it and open LEEME.md. Fill in the parameter block of PROMPT_PARA_TU_IA.md and paste it into your AI together with the folder (or paste JUNTA_COMPLETA_PARA_PEGAR.md, which carries everything in one file) and then capa_masterestaurant/CAPA_MASTERESTAURANT.md. Check your copy with verificar.py on any computer.
What it deliberately does NOT carry: no professional advice —every profile declares it is an AI agent and the board sends legal, tax and labour matters to a licensed professional— and no thresholds for your market: the ones in the profiles come from restaurants in the United States and the board must adapt them and say so. Not one piece of data from any real business.
