What it is and what it’s for
What it is: the _MR_PronosticoVentasUniversal folder —98 files (2.3 MB)—: the method in docs/01…09, the full engine with its builder, the data templates and a fictional example with its two reports already built.
What it's for: to know how much you will sell each day of the next 3 months, with a range measured blind on your own history, and to budget the following year week by week: targets, shifts, purchasing and payroll with figures, not gut feeling.
How to use it: unzip it and open EMPIEZA_AQUI.html and the reports in ejemplo/salida/. Then paste this assistant's prompt into your AI together with the folder and your daily sales. If your AI does not run code, double-click «Armar mis reportes». The reports are in Spanish today.
What it isn't: it does not promise sales: it gives ranges and says how often they were right. It uploads your sales nowhere and carries no data from any real restaurant: the package checks itself with verificar_fugas.py and this house reviews it before packing it.
