AI assistant · N5 Complete system
Facade and Floor Plan Analysis Tool Creator for Restaurants
With the Universal Facade and Floor Plan Analyser folder, your AI measures YOUR restaurant's façade, counter or floor plan on the real photo: how much of the front sells, whether the name reads by day and by night, and what to change first, with a labelled photomontage and a premium report you open, understand and use to decide.
N5Complete system
Several chained pieces you install and operate over time, with their review cadence. It changes how the business runs, not one decision.

What it does and what you get
- The façade is your house's first salesperson and it works 24 hours.
- Almost nobody measures it: the sign is chosen by taste and the menu goes wherever there was a gap.
- This assistant has your AI, with the Universal Facade and Floor Plan Analyser folder, measure your front on the real photo.
- How much sells or communicates, how much of the 1.40 to 1.80 m band —the one the guest sees without effort— is working, what is noise and from what distance your name reads by day and by night.
- From that it proposes few, large pieces, drawn on your photo in your brand's colours, ordered by impact ÷ effort × confidence. On a floor plan it measures how the floor is split, the seats, capacity, routes and cross-contamination. The AI does not compute the figures: they come from the core that travels in the folder, and what was not measured on site is written as an ASSUMPTION.
What you end up with
The reviewed photo with the source confirming it is your premises; the zoned case validated by the core; the verdict on the front —active selling surface, vision band, brand, surface without a message and noise, today and with the proposal— with legibility by day and by night; the proposal of few, large pieces with their execution order and their photomontage on the real photo; the premium report as a single file; and week 1 with its owner, its indicator and the rule of measuring in weeks 1, 2 and 4.

The owner asked this: «Our oven is visible from the street and people still walk past on weekdays. What do we change first on the façade?»
| Figure (given by the core) | Today | With the proposal |
|---|---|---|
| Active selling surface | 2.8% | 9.6% |
| Vision band (1.40–1.80 m) that sells or communicates | 14.0% | 41.5% |
| Active brand | 1.9% | 6.2% |
| Surface without a message | 48.7% | 31.0% |
| Noise and exposed back-of-house | 3.4% | 0.6% |
The oven sells, but it sits at 2.10 m behind glass with a glare: from the pavement you see the fire and cannot read what to order. At night the name has no light of its own: night legibility of 18%, below the 50% the rule asks for.
| Piece | Resulting use | Impact | Effort | Confidence |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Light the oven window and remove the glare | product display | 5 | 2 | high |
| Bring the short menu down to the vision band, with the oven time | menu and prices | 4 | 1 | high |
| Backlit sign above the door | active brand | 5 | 3 | medium |
| A fixed home for the Monday-to-Wednesday promotion | promotion | 4 | 1 | medium |
| Cover the service door with a brand panel | removes noise | 3 | 1 | high |
Five pieces; the largest, the sign, takes 6.1% of the front.
- Scale: the door was taken as 2.10 m (ASSUMPTION, range 2.00–2.20 m). Confirmed by measuring it on site; percentages do not change, square metres do.
- Traffic: 70% on foot and 30% by vehicle at 40 km/h (ASSUMPTION). Confirmed with a 15-minute count on a Tuesday at 19:00.
- The illuminated sign permit: to be checked with the city before ordering it.
Illustrative example generated with a fictional restaurant. Not a promise of results, not a client case.

How to use it
Which of your data it uses
This assistant works with 13 of the 24 fields in «My Restaurant», among them Restaurant name, Business type and Cuisine or concept. It does not ask out of curiosity: these are what make the answer speak about YOUR scale instead of an industry average — the same calculation on a business of another size returns a number you cannot decide with. You fill them once and they apply across the library, so the second assistant you open already starts with them in place. Whatever you leave blank, the assistant asks for one thing at a time instead of inventing it, and says so before answering, so you know what it is working from.
Always up to date
Every assistant carries a visible version and date. When an AI changes how it works, the assistant's version goes up and you see what changed.
v1.0.02026-10-08Initial version. Commissioned by Diego F. Parra on 2026-10-08: «there is another new engine, _MR_MotorAreas, to analyse restaurant façades and floor plans; review the universal version and what _MR_MotorAreasUniversal does so you create the façade and floor-plan analysis tool creator». Declared exception to the catalogue closed on 14 Sep. Born with its kit —the whole _MR_MotorAreasUniversal 1.15.0+u1.0.0 folder, with its core, studio, builder, two finished examples and verifier— behind the house privacy veto (docs/72). «archivos» is optional: the package declares it required, but offers the studio path for an AI that does not create files.More assistants in this category
