SUPUESTO: the export setup is estimated at 1 hour from how long this same house's last manual export took, not from an industry average. If the real setup took 3 hours longer, that move would drop to third place in the matrix and the reminder would go first.

Move 2 does not stand on its own: before reviving the channels board somebody has to decide who will read it and on what day, or in 30 days it dies again. The machine fills those cells; contribution margin per channel is still read by the owner.
