How to read it. Next week's six slots come from the house's peaks: lunch Tuesday to Friday, 12:00 to 2:30, and Sunday midday. The bank minimum goes PER FORMAT —12 photos and 4 videos, never «16 pieces»— because Monday needs a video and no photo replaces it. Figures are illustrative: the real minimums come from how many slots Sazón de Origen schedules each week.

The backup gets ticked by opening, not by saying. This week 31 files went up to the house folder and one was opened at random in front of the owner: `2026-08-14_bandeja_de_la_casa.jpg`, 4.2 MB, it opens. Whatever stayed ONLY on Marcela's phone is written down by name and count: two videos of Sunday's sancocho. And the Laureles location uploaded nothing all week. With 2 locations the backup is counted per location, or the quiet one drops out of the bank and nobody notices until someone resigns.
