AI assistant · N5 Complete system
Weekly Community Manager Checklist Builder for Restaurants
The closing list that counts stock and collects accumulated debt: next week's scheduling verified on screen, a content bank with a minimum per format, pending replies at zero, the report sent to whoever decides and the material off the person's phone — plus the review of whatever nobody ticked all week.
N5Complete system
Several chained pieces you install and operate over time, with their review cadence. It changes how the business runs, not one decision.

What it does and what you get
- Some failures hide inside the shift and only show up at seven days: the empty bank, the backup that never left the phone, the five-day-old review nobody answered, the report the owner hasn't seen in a month.
- This assistant does not order the shift — the daily checklist does — nor split the hours — that's the weekly plan: it counts what's left.
- You get the stock table with its minimum and its proof, the pending-replies cut sorted by age, and the piece almost nobody writes: the review of the boxes left blank all five days, with a mandatory diagnosis of whether the process is badly designed or badly assigned.
What you end up with
The stock table with its six columns — box, what gets counted, required minimum, counted today, the proof you open on screen and the owner with a job title —; the pending cut per channel with the oldest message's age and its decision; the unticked-box sheet with a diagnosis and a dated fix; and the week's verdict with the percentage of boxes met.

The owner asked this: «We're Sazón de Origen, contemporary Colombian cooking in Medellín: two locations, 24 people, six years open. Marcela ticks the daily sheet and mostly gets it right, but on Friday nobody knows how the WEEK closed. Last Monday there wasn't a single video ready to post, a Google review had gone five days without an answer, and I haven't seen a report in a month. All the material lives on her phone. Average check 48.000 COP, Instagram and WhatsApp, our own delivery plus one delivery platform. I want a list she ticks on Friday that tells me what's still owed.»
| Box | What gets counted | Required minimum | Counted Friday | Proof you open | Owner |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Next week's scheduling | Slots loaded and read on screen | 6 of 6 | 6 of 6 | The scheduling tool's calendar, open | Marcela (manager) |
| Vertical photo bank | Photos edited and ready to post | 12 | 9 | The house Bank/Photos folder | Marcela |
| Short video bank | Videos cut to under 30 seconds | 4 | 1 | Bank/Video folder | Marcela + shift cashier |
| Approved copy | Posts written and signed off | 3 | 3 | Approved copy document | Owner |
| Open conversations | Messages, comments and reviews unanswered | 0 | 7 | Each channel's inbox | Marcela |
| Backup off the phone | Week's material in the house folder | Both locations | 1 of 2 | File opened at random: `2026-08-14_bandeja_de_la_casa.jpg` | Laureles location manager |
| Report to the owner | Sheet sent with the week's metric | 1 | 0 | Friday's email | Marcela |
How to read it. Next week's six slots come from the house's peaks: lunch Tuesday to Friday, 12:00 to 2:30, and Sunday midday. The bank minimum goes PER FORMAT —12 photos and 4 videos, never «16 pieces»— because Monday needs a video and no photo replaces it. Figures are illustrative: the real minimums come from how many slots Sazón de Origen schedules each week.
| Channel | Open | Oldest | Decision before closing |
|---|---|---|---|
| Own-delivery WhatsApp | 3 | 51 hours | Answered today; the 51-hour one gets a phone call from Marcela, not a message |
| Instagram messages | 2 | 20 hours | Cleared in the afternoon's 15-minute block |
| Instagram comments | 1 | 6 hours | Answered in the house voice, no template |
| Google reviews | 1 | 5 days | Past 72 hours: the owner answers and signs it, today |
The backup gets ticked by opening, not by saying. This week 31 files went up to the house folder and one was opened at random in front of the owner: `2026-08-14_bandeja_de_la_casa.jpg`, 4.2 MB, it opens. Whatever stayed ONLY on Marcela's phone is written down by name and count: two videos of Sunday's sancocho. And the Laureles location uploaded nothing all week. With 2 locations the backup is counted per location, or the quiet one drops out of the bank and nobody notices until someone resigns.
Illustrative example generated with a fictional restaurant. Not a promise of results, not a client case.
This is 2 of 3 parts. Behind the wall sits **the unticked review**: the table saying how many of the 5 days each box failed, the mandatory diagnosis —badly designed or badly assigned, there is no third answer— and the fix with an owner and a date, plus the verdict with its criterion written before counting.

How to use it
Which of your data it uses
This assistant works with 12 of the 23 fields in «My Restaurant», among them Restaurant name, Business type and City and country. It does not ask out of curiosity: these are what make the answer speak about YOUR scale instead of an industry average — the same calculation on a business of another size returns a number you cannot decide with. You fill them once and they apply across the library, so the second assistant you open already starts with them in place. Whatever you leave blank, the assistant asks for one thing at a time instead of inventing it, and says so before answering, so you know what it is working from.
Always up to date
Every assistant carries a visible version and date. When an AI changes how it works, the assistant's version goes up and you see what changed.
v1.1.12026-08-27It now declares the «See photos» capability, so the AI selector warns before you open the prompt in one that lacks it, instead of letting you find out mid-task.v1.1.02026-08-20Rooting. The weekly count spoke of «scheduling» and «bank» in the abstract and fit any house. Now scheduling covers only the active networks, the bank is sized against team size, next week's pieces hang off the best-selling dishes and the strong dayparts, and the report is read against the year's goal.v1.0.02026-08-19Initial version. Born in the August 2026 marketing batch because the category already knew how to split the week and order the day, and nobody was counting what was left at the end: the empty bank, the backup trapped on someone else's phone, the five-day-old review. It also carries the box almost no checklist dares to include — the review of what nobody ticked all week, with the duty to say whether the process is badly designed or badly assigned.Same method, another variant
Inside the app this is a single control: you press it and the assistant reframes itself, including the variants that don't appear here because they don't have their own page yet.
