Consumption Reasons Campaign Builder for Restaurants
Picks the consumption reason that moves the biggest check among those already bringing people to your tables, and builds the campaign that speaks to it: central message, operational proof, dated invitation and honest measurement.
N4Executable plan
A plan with owners, deadlines and the metric you review. Not advice: an agenda someone can execute on Monday.

What it does and what you get
- People do not buy dishes: they buy reasons, like celebrating a promotion, solving lunch or gathering the family.
- This assistant takes the reasons guests already visit you for, runs them through three business filters and builds the full campaign for the winning reason, in the vocabulary of the occasion rather than the dish, to sell more without touching a single price.
What you end up with
A decision defended in a short table, the full campaign for the chosen reason with its four pieces, the waiting line of reasons for upcoming campaigns and two tracking indicators.

The owner asked this: "My guests tell me three things: they come for a work lunch, they celebrate with family, and they get a craving for home cooking. I post the same thing for all three on Instagram and WhatsApp. The room seats 60, I have my own delivery and one delivery platform. Which one do I pick, and what do I write for it?"
The three reasons are yours, not a textbook's: they are the ones your guests say out loud. They are ranked by what a table leaves, not by how many tables it brings.
| Reason | What a table leaves | Times named in 8 weeks | What the operation holds | Verdict |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Work lunch | 74,800 COP (1.7 covers at 44,000) | 27 of 46 | High, it already runs unaided; the 12:00 to 14:30 pass has no spare minute | Keep serving it, stop naming it |
| Family celebration | 340,200 COP (5.4 covers at 63,000) | 2 of 46 | Yes, if the proof is an object and not a ceremony | In. This is the campaign |
| Craving for home cooking | 100,800 COP per order (2.4 covers at 42,000) | 14 of 46 | Yes, but the platform commission takes its cut | Waiting line, next campaign |
The split of covers is assumed until you check it against your notebook: 44% work lunch, 24% family celebration, 32% craving. Weighted, that comes to 47,920 COP per cover, eighty pesos off the 48,000 COP check you report, so the split holds.
The two discards, each with its number. Work lunch is the most named reason and the one that leaves the least per table: 27 of the 46 posts and status updates from the last 8 weeks talk about it. A campaign there buys what you already have. And there is something less comfortable: whoever has fifty minutes comes for the clock, and your promise —«home cooking, served the way a restaurant serves it»— says nothing about the clock. Better copy does not fix that; deciding whether the house wants to promise speed does.
Craving for home cooking leaves 100,800 COP per order, more than a lunch table, but two thirds of it comes through the delivery platform, where the commission collects before you do. It waits its turn: that campaign is worth more the day your own delivery outweighs the platform.
Family celebration pays 4.5 times what a lunch table pays and shows up 2 times out of 46. It pays the most and is named the least. Illustrative figures, built from the data you gave.
Both axes come from the filter, with the cut written down so you can move it. Money: 150,000 COP per table, a little over three times your check. Attention: 8 mentions in 8 weeks, one a week; below that the reason does not exist in your communication.
| Named little (under 8 in 8 weeks) | Named often (8 or more) | |
|---|---|---|
| Pays a lot (over 150,000 COP per table) | The campaign. Family celebration: 340,200 COP per table, 2 mentions. Nobody here has to talk a family into celebrating; the job is to stop hiding that this house is made for it. | Empty today, and this is the destination. If family celebration lands in this quadrant within six weeks, the campaign did its work and gets switched off. What already pays and is already named needs no campaign: it needs to be left alone. |
| Pays little (150,000 COP or less) | Empty, and best left that way. A reason that does not pay and that you also talk about would sit here. Today you spend not one post on that quadrant, which is the only free good news on this table. | Served, not preached. Work lunch (74,800 COP, 27 mentions) and craving for home cooking (100,800 COP, 14 mentions) take 41 of your 46 pieces. They stay on the menu and on the motorbike; they come off the posting calendar. |
The judgement, declared and arguable: between a reason that pays little and already defends itself and one that pays a lot and nobody has named, the breath goes to the second. The concession: if your family celebrations landed almost entirely on Sunday midday, which already fills, the campaign would be a different one and not this card's —a campaign of moment, not of reason— and the notebook would decide it, not me.
The waiting line, in order. Craving for home cooking first, the day your own delivery outweighs the platform. Work lunch after that, and only if the house decides to promise something about the clock. One reason at a time: two campaigns at once cancel each other out at the same table.
Core message. «You gather your people. We carry the pot to the table.» Eleven words and not one from the kitchen: whoever celebrates does not compare portion weights, they compare how they were treated. And it gives the server something to do rather than something to say.
Operational proof. The Sancocho de tres carnes comes out in its pot and is served in front of the table, with a ladle and deep bowls, at every table of five covers or more. No asking, no owner standing by. Three things hold it up: the rule fits on the docket —«5+ = pot»—, it costs forty extra seconds per table, and any of the 9 operations people can do it. Four pots with a ladle per location cover Sunday, the day of the longest tables. A proof that needs a speech dies the first Sunday; an object on the table does not.
Dated invitation. From Tuesday 1 to Monday 21 September, twenty-one days exactly: every table of five or more gets the one-litre limonada de corozo jug. Booked over WhatsApp with a name and a head count. It switches itself off on the 21st, which is the only thing separating it from a permanent discount.
It speaks to half your core guest —the neighbourhood families— not the professionals who have lunch on weekdays. That is a choice: the other half is already served.
Two variants, one per channel.
| Channel | What it says |
|---|---|
| Dining room · 10 × 14 cm table card | «Everyone fits here. From five people up we set the long table and the sancocho is served at the table, not from the kitchen. Until 21 September the corozo jug is on us. Tell whoever serves you how many you are: we move the tables.» |
| Own delivery · WhatsApp message | «If you are gathering at home this week, we send the Sancocho de tres carnes in one container with its ladle, to serve at the table instead of in separate portions. Tell us how many you are and at what time.» |
The jug does not travel: a litre of lemonade on a motorbike arrives watered down with a loose lid, so on own delivery the gesture is a different one and free. And the delivery platform stays out even though it is a house channel: a celebration is decided in a conversation, not in a list sorted by delivery time.
Illustrative example generated with a fictional restaurant. Not a promise of results, not a client case.
This is 3 of 5 parts. Behind the wall sit the two parts that get executed. The incentive math, line by line: what the corozo jug gives up whether or not the table would have bought it, the 126 room tables of the 21 days, the cards, the pots and the threshold in new tables that gives the investment back, with the second reading that loads the 28% payroll on top and raises it. Alongside it, two discarded incentives with their numbers and the finding about the menu price of the Sancocho de tres carnes. And the host-stand notebook, with its six columns —day, table, covers, reason in the group's own words, spend and jug—, the two indicators per channel, the Friday 9 a.m. reading and the day-21 cut, which is not read without the fifteen baseline days written down.

How to use it
Which of your data it uses
This assistant works with 8 of the 23 fields in «My Restaurant», among them Why they visit (consumption reasons), Your main guest and What makes you different. It does not ask out of curiosity: these are what make the answer speak about YOUR scale instead of an industry average — the same calculation on a business of another size returns a number you cannot decide with. You fill them once and they apply across the library, so the second assistant you open already starts with them in place. Whatever you leave blank, the assistant asks for one thing at a time instead of inventing it, and says so before answering, so you know what it is working from.
Always up to date
Every assistant carries a visible version and date. When an AI changes how it works, the assistant's version goes up and you see what changed.
v1.3.02026-08-25Card completed (doc 11): who it is for, a sample result with the fictional restaurant Sazon de Origen, and recommended AIs. The assistant body did not change.v1.2.02026-08-20Grounding: the task no longer speaks of reasons in the abstract and works the consumption reasons the house declared, each one checked against the promise, ranked against the average check and proven with a concrete star dish, with the main guest as filter and the tone of voice as register. The output format gives one row per declared reason, writes variants only for the house sales channels and prices everything in the currency of the price range. It also states the border with the sibling dayparts sheet: this one works the why, not the when. Eight business fields inside the working sections, six of them in the task, with no growth in the body.v1.1.22026-08-14Spelling: Spanish accents restored in the prose. No field marker, link or meaning changed.v1.1.12026-08-14Spelling fix: año/años with ñ in the Spanish text (markers untouched).v1.1.02026-08-13Rewritten under the margin mandate: 6 numbered steps from the three filters to the lead reason, 5 named output blocks with columns, 8 business fields, the per-table margin math whenever an incentive is offered, trade traps and a verification checklist.Same method, another variant
