AI assistant · N4 Executable plan
Integrated Strategy Architect for Restaurants
Designs your restaurant's complete strategy on a single coherent page: who it exists for, how it intends to win, which pillars hold it up, and what each area does to deliver it.
N4Executable plan
A plan with owners, deadlines and the metric you review. Not advice: an agenda someone can execute on Monday.

What it does and what you get
- Many restaurants have strategy scattered in pieces: a promise on Instagram, prices the accountant set, a menu the chef built, and goals living only in the owner's head.
- This assistant pulls the pieces together and forces them to be consistent.
- The result is a one-page strategy map where every area knows its part and why, and where internal contradictions, like promising freshness while buying frozen, are exposed.
What you end up with
A one-page strategy map: definition of who and why the business exists, three strategic pillars, a table of objectives and initiatives per area with metrics, and a list of detected inconsistencies with fixes.

The owner asked this: «The promise is painted on the wall, the accountant set the prices and the chef put the menu together. Is that a strategy or three loose things?»
Who Sazón de Origen exists for: the 30-to-45-year-old professional who on a weekday needs to eat well in the time a lunch break lasts, and the neighbourhood family that celebrates on Sunday without cooking.
What it promises to win with: «Home cooking, served like a restaurant» — read the right way round: the home brings the flavour and the origin; the restaurant brings the timing, the plate and the treatment.
| Pillar | What it holds up | The economic line that justifies it |
|---|---|---|
| 1. The origin gets told | Every dish on the menu says where its main product comes from | The house is not raising prices this year; what it can move is the mix towards the higher-margin dish, and the mix moves with what is written on the menu |
| 2. Two occasions, one standard | The working lunch and the Sunday table have different timings and identical quality | Across 4,458 tickets a month, the occasion served badly does not complain: it stops coming back, and the missing repeat business never shows up in the day's till |
| 3. Every channel answers for its own margin | Dining room, own delivery and the delivery platform get costed separately | A 48,000 COP ticket does not leave the same behind in all three; averaging them into one hides which one is paying for the other's party |
Three and not five: whoever defends five priorities defends none.
| Contradiction | Where it shows | Correction | Pillar verdict |
|---|---|---|---|
| It promises «home cooking» and the menu descriptions are short and functional, with no story and no product origin | On the menu and on the delivery packaging: the only place where the customer decides, and the promise is not written there | Rewrite the description of the 3 star dishes with the provenance of their main product, before touching any price | Pillar 1: decorative. Promised on the wall, not on the menu |
| Two customers with opposite reasons —working lunch and family celebration— served against one single service standard | At Tuesday-to-Friday lunch, 12:00–14:30: the one on a counted hour and the one who came to talk share the same pass | Write two ticket-time standards for the same menu, one per occasion, and flag one dish on the menu for each | Pillar 2: weak. The intention exists, the standard does not |
| «Served like a restaurant» travels in delivery-platform packaging the house does not control | In the delivery channel, on the same 48,000 COP ticket and with a commission the dining room does not pay | Decide which dishes do NOT go out on the platform, starting with the one that arrives worst after a 25-minute trip | Pillar 3: weak. It sells through three channels and costs them as one |
| The goal is to go from 8% to 14% margin without raising prices, with a declared food cost of 34% | In per-dish costing: the house judges itself against a ceiling it does not currently meet | Take 2 points off food cost before committing to the 14%: that is 4,280,000 COP a month, a third of the way | Pillars 1 and 3 at once: the origin promise and the margin fight over the same dish |
The arithmetic underneath: one point of operating margin is 2,140,000 COP a month on the 214,000,000 COP in sales across both locations. The jump from 8% to 14% is 12,840,000 COP a month. None of the four contradictions above comes cheaper than that if it is left alone for a year.
SUPUESTO: the 32% per-dish food cost ceiling is the house costing rule (MASTERESTAURANT® Methodology), not a sector average, and it is declared as such. Sazón de Origen currently runs at 34%. If your menu works against a different ceiling —a high-protein kitchen does— the fourth row's correction changes its target but not its shape: what does not change is that the origin pillar and the margin pillar fight over the same dish.
Illustrative example generated with a fictional restaurant. Not a promise of results, not a client case.
This is 2 of 3 parts. The three pillars and the four contradictions can be read here in full. Behind the wall is the master table: the fourteen objectives by area with their indicator, owner and date, stitched to each other so none hangs off an area that never heard about it — and the 20-minute checklist you present it with, which is the proof of whether the map works.

How to use it
Which of your data it uses
This assistant works with 8 of the 23 fields in «My Restaurant», among them Restaurant name, Cuisine or concept and Your main guest. It does not ask out of curiosity: these are what make the answer speak about YOUR scale instead of an industry average — the same calculation on a business of another size returns a number you cannot decide with. You fill them once and they apply across the library, so the second assistant you open already starts with them in place. Whatever you leave blank, the assistant asks for one thing at a time instead of inventing it, and says so before answering, so you know what it is working from.
Always up to date
Every assistant carries a visible version and date. When an AI changes how it works, the assistant's version goes up and you see what changed.

Inside the app this is a single control: you press it and the assistant reframes itself, including the variants that don't appear here because they don't have their own page yet.
