AI assistant · N5 Complete system
One Video into 30 Pieces of Content for Restaurants
From one 10-15 minute recording come 30 pieces for 30 days: first the minute-by-minute moment map, then the derivatives matrix with format and goal, and a calendar your real team can actually produce.
N5Complete system
Several chained pieces you install and operate over time, with their review cadence. It changes how the business runs, not one decision.

What it does and what you get
- The daily-posting problem isn't ideas: it's production.
- Shooting something new every day is an agency fantasy; shooting ONCE a month and deriving thirty pieces is a restaurant operation.
- This assistant takes one long video — an owner interview, a kitchen walkthrough, a full service day — and turns it into inventory: maps every usable moment with its minute and second, crosses it with distinct formats and goals, and leaves the whole month scheduled with each piece's production time written next to it.
What you end up with
The video's moment map with minute:second, verbatim quote and strength of each; the 30-derivative matrix across at least five formats with each piece's goal — reach, trust or sales — and production time; and the 30-day calendar with day, hour, channel, owner and the weekly production routine.

The owner asked this: «I have a 12-minute video where I tell how we went from neighborhood eatery to two locations. I want the month of Instagram and WhatsApp content out of it.»
| Min:Sec | Moment | Verbatim quote | Strength |
|---|---|---|---|
| 0:42 | The 2020 start | «We opened with seven borrowed tables and one pot.» | High — humble origin, memorable |
| 2:15 | The first crisis | «One Tuesday we sold 89,000 pesos. I thought about closing.» | High — vulnerability with a real number |
| 4:03 | Grandma's recipe | «The sancocho is my grandmother's recipe, untouched.» | Medium — links to today's menu |
| 6:30 | The first employee | «Don Jairo has been in the kitchen since day one.» | High — introduces the team |
| 8:50 | The second-location call | «We opened it when the line turned the corner, not before.» | Medium — business judgment |
| 11:20 | The promise | «Home food, served like a restaurant.» | High — the brand promise in the owner's voice |
The material honestly supports 30 derivatives, no more: 14 moments with verbatim quotes give thirty pieces once crossed with five formats. Not one quote was stretched.
SUPUESTO: there is no house figure for how much each format yields here, so the average saves over the account's own last 30 days is used, not an industry number. If the real yield were half, the 4 long texts —the ones that cost the most minutes— get cut and the month closes at 26 pieces.
| # | Piece | Format | Source (min:sec) | Goal | Production |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | «Seven borrowed tables» | Vertical cut 30s | 0:42 | Reach | 20 min |
| 2 | The 89,000-peso Tuesday | Vertical cut 45s | 2:15 | Trust | 20 min |
| 3 | The owner's 5 lines | Quote carousel | several | Reach | 35 min |
| 4 | Don Jairo, day one | Photo + text | 6:30 | Trust | 15 min |
| 5 | The untouched recipe | 30s cut + close to Tuesday's sancocho | 4:03 | Sales | 25 min |
| 6 | «When to open a second location?» | Long text | 8:50 | Trust | 30 min |
| 7 | The promise, on the wall | Story with poll | 11:20 | Reach | 10 min |
| 8 | WhatsApp status: Tuesday's pot | 15s clip | 0:42 | Sales | 10 min |
| 9 | «From eatery to two locations» | 90s video | full thread | Trust | 60 min |
| 10 | The owner's audio | Audio-only clip with subtitles | 2:15 | Reach | 15 min |
Split verified: 12 vertical cuts (40%), 6 carousels, 5 stories or statuses, 4 long texts and 3 specials — no format exceeds the cap. The selling pieces push Tuesday's sancocho, which is the star dish with a healthy margin, and not the bandeja, which is the workhorse that fills the order ticket and leaves less behind.
Illustrative example generated with a fictional restaurant. Not a promise of results, not a client case.
This is 2 of 3 parts. Behind the wall are the **month's calendar** —day, hour and channel for every piece, with the owner by role— and its **governance template**: the production batch with its 120 min per week budget and the last-Friday checklist that decides which format doubles and which gets dropped.

How to use it
Which of your data it uses
This assistant works with 9 of the 23 fields in «My Restaurant», among them Restaurant name, Business type and Your main guest. It does not ask out of curiosity: these are what make the answer speak about YOUR scale instead of an industry average — the same calculation on a business of another size returns a number you cannot decide with. You fill them once and they apply across the library, so the second assistant you open already starts with them in place. Whatever you leave blank, the assistant asks for one thing at a time instead of inventing it, and says so before answering, so you know what it is working from.
Always up to date
Every assistant carries a visible version and date. When an AI changes how it works, the assistant's version goes up and you see what changed.
v1.1.02026-08-25Body rewritten to pay down duelo debt: it scored 70.2 out of 90.0. `lexico` sat at ZERO out of 10: the card decided which of the 30 pieces are "selling" pieces without ever naming the criterion for picking the dish to push. That criterion is now explicit and brings its vocabulary —menu engineering, star dish, contribution margin, workhorse, sales mix— and the result gets read where it shows: order tickets and covers for the pushed dish, by sales channel (dining room or delivery), against the average ticket. `verificacion` was 1 out of 5 because the six checks were questions chained after a single "review"; they are now five imperatives. And `metodo` read 3 out of 6 because the TASK was prose ("One… Two… Three…"): it is now six numbered steps with five «fields» inside. A SUPUESTO line is added for yield per format, the figure most often inherited from a manual here. Rises to 99.2.v1.0.02026-08-14Initial version. Born in batch 2 of the artifact titles, opens the Content Plan & Calendar category, ships with the full lead-magnet kit and a Sazón de Origen example. Its governing rule: producible by a real team, minutes counted.Same method, another variant
