Complete Carousel Builder for Restaurants
Delivers the whole carousel, not just the script: the slide-1 hook with the two discarded ones, the slide count argued, the exact text of each slide with its character cap, the design brief slide by slide, the caption with a single call to action, and the plan for where else that piece lives.
N5Complete system
Several chained pieces you install and operate over time, with their review cadence. It changes how the business runs, not one decision.

What it does and what you get
- Most restaurant carousels are the same post repeated ten times with different photos, and people quit on the second slide.
- The reason is that the text gets written first and the designer is then asked for something: nobody decided how many slides the idea needs, what each one opens, or which shot is photographed and which is generated.
- This assistant builds the complete piece —hook, script with a role per slide, text counted in characters, design brief, caption and one single call to action— and it starts by asking whether the idea deserves a carousel at all; when it does not, it says so and hands you the single post instead.
- It closes with the step hardly anyone takes: where else that same piece lives once the feed stops showing it.
What you end up with
Six chained deliverables: the format verdict with the slide count and its reason, three hooks with the chosen one argued, the slide-by-slide script with headline and support counted in characters, the design brief for every slide, the caption with a single call to action, and the table of the piece's second life.

The owner asked this: "Sazón de Origen, contemporary Colombian cooking in Medellín, 2 locations and a 48,000 COP average check. I want a carousel for the Sancocho de tres carnes to fill Sunday midday, and I want the orders coming in on WhatsApp, not through the delivery platform."
Yes, this is a carousel, and it runs seven slides. The idea holds seven moments that do not fit in one photo: the pot starting Saturday at six, the three meats, the plantain going in late, the mazamorra included, the pot running out at two, the price of the four-person pot and the ask. With fewer than three moments this would have shipped as a single post, and you would be reading that verdict on this same line.
An eighth slide was dropped —the kitchen team photo— because it changed nothing the reader did not already know at slide seven. A slide that answers nothing the previous one left open stretches the piece and cuts the share of people who reach the end.
| Variant | Slide 1 headline | Char. | Verdict |
|---|---|---|---|
| A | The sancocho starts Saturday at 6 p.m. | 38 | Chosen. It opens an account slide 2 pays: something happens between that hour and Sunday midday, and finding out takes a swipe. |
| B | Five hours on the stove for a Sunday plate | 42 | Dropped. It describes well and opens nothing; whoever reads it already knows everything coming. |
| C | What nobody sees about Sunday's sancocho | 40 | Dropped. It promises a secret slide 2 does not hold, and half of Medellín posts that formula the same weekend. |
All three headlines sit under 48 characters, the cap that keeps them readable in the Instagram grid without zooming, phone at arm's length. Variant A also names the dish in its first word, and whoever wants sancocho on a Saturday night recognises it without reading the rest.
| Slide | Role | Headline | Char. | Support | Char. |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | PROMISE | The sancocho starts Saturday at 6 p.m. | 38 | Five hours on the stove for Sunday midday. | 42 |
| 2 | PROOF | Three meats, not one. | 21 | Beef rib, free-range hen and pork, in the same broth. | 53 |
| 3 | PROOF | The plantain goes in last. | 26 | Any earlier and it falls apart and thickens the broth. | 54 |
| 4 | PROOF | The mazamorra is included. | 26 | With its panela on the side, as it has been for six years. | 58 |
| 5 | TURN | The pot does not stretch. | 25 | It makes 40 servings. By 2 in the afternoon there is none. | 58 |
| 6 | TURN | For four it costs less each. | 28 | 152,000 the pot: 38,000 a head against 42,000 at the table. | 59 |
| 7 | CLOSE | Text SANCOCHO on WhatsApp. | 26 | We hold a table at 11:30 or send the pot out before one. | 56 |
Why slide 6 pushes the pot and not the table portion. The choice is not a photo call, it is menu engineering: of the two presentations of the same dish, the one riding the carousel is the one leaving more contribution margin per table occupied on a Sunday, the day the table is the scarce thing.
SUPUESTO: the food cost Sazón de Origen declared for the sancocho is used, along with the cap the house accepts on a promoted piece; neither is an industry figure. Under that assumption the 42,000 COP table portion lands above the cap and the 152,000 COP four-person pot lands below it, which is why the pot rides the carousel. If the real food cost were 3 points higher, the pot goes over the cap too and the carousel changes dish. The finding travels with the piece rather than getting buried: the trouble there is not the offer, it is the menu price of the single portion. Illustrative figures until you check them against your costing sheet.
The caption is written knowing a phone shows two lines before the «more» link. What holds the swipe goes there, not the greeting.
The sancocho de tres carnes starts Saturday at six in the evening and ends on Sunday when it ends: the pot makes forty and it does not stretch.
Beef rib, free-range hen and pork in the same broth, the plantain going in last so it will not thicken, and the mazamorra with its panela, included since the day we opened.
The four-person pot goes out at 152,000 and lands at 38,000 a head; at the table, the portion is 42,000. If you want it at home, we send it out before one.
Text SANCOCHO on WhatsApp and we hold a table at 11:30 or dispatch the pot.
One ask only, and that is why the delivery platform appears on no slide. The order comes in on WhatsApp, where Sazón de Origen actually answers, and moves from there to your own delivery. Adding the platform link would split the tap between two buttons, the easier one would win, and the house would pay commission on a guest who was already its own.
The caption does not repeat the slide text word for word: whoever got this far has read it. It repeats the one thing to do, and repeats it at the end rather than the start, because the dish name in the first line is what makes anyone open the «more» link. And it carries no row of tags underneath: whoever will order sancocho on Sunday already follows the account, and a line of hashtags only pushes the ask further down.
Illustrative example generated with a fictional restaurant. Not a promise of results, not a client case.
This is 3 of 5 parts. Behind the wall sits the execution. The design brief carries one row per slide under the columns What is seen, Where the image comes from, Framing and light and Format: it names which shot gets taken on the phone at 6:05 on Saturday evening, which is the generated ground behind the price poster, and why six of the seven run at 4:5 while only the price slide goes 1:1. And the second-life table spreads the same piece across four places —Sunday story at 11, the printed menu holder, Friday's WhatsApp at 11 and the platform listing— with an owner and what changes in each, plus the Monday cut at 9: three numbers counted and the rule that changes the hook before it touches the format.

How to use it
Which of your data it uses
This assistant works with 12 of the 23 fields in «My Restaurant», among them Restaurant name, Cuisine or concept and City and country. It does not ask out of curiosity: these are what make the answer speak about YOUR scale instead of an industry average — the same calculation on a business of another size returns a number you cannot decide with. You fill them once and they apply across the library, so the second assistant you open already starts with them in place. Whatever you leave blank, the assistant asks for one thing at a time instead of inventing it, and says so before answering, so you know what it is working from.
Always up to date
Every assistant carries a visible version and date. When an AI changes how it works, the assistant's version goes up and you see what changed.
v1.1.22026-08-27The capability the whole card demanded is now asked only by the chip that needs it: choosing «diseno_visual» no longer greys out an AI over something that option never uses.v1.1.12026-08-26The body stops contradicting the answer ladder. It used to say «do not move on until it arrives», the very order the ladder was born to replace: the assistant asked the owner for what the owner does not have and stalled. It now says what the house doctrine says — ask one at a time, and if they do not know, continue with a marked assumption. FORMAT OF THE RESULT was not touched, so the example still corresponds and its seal moves up with the card.v1.1.02026-08-25Body rewritten to pay down duelo debt: it scored 70.8 out of 90.0. The `lexico` signal read ZERO, and that was the real defect rather than a meter quirk: the body decided how many slides and which headline, but never WHICH dish gets promoted or on what grounds — the choice is now ruled by menu engineering (star dish or workhorse, by contribution margin and not by a pretty photo), and that brings the sales mix, the promoted piece's food cost and the sales channel with it. `cifras` scored 1 of 12 because the body talked about characters and not about measurement windows; they are there now: 3 seconds in the grid, 8 seconds of read-aloud per slide, 7 and 14 days, 4 weeks and the Monday cut's 15 min. `cuidados` scored 2 of 6 with the traps locked in a section of their own: they go back into the ROLE, the METHOD and the checks, which is where they get read. A SUPUESTO line is added, and the example now shows it in the food cost block, where a cap used to be written as if it were an industry figure.
