Digital Crisis Protocol Builder for Restaurants

Writes the protocol for the first hours when something turns against you online: three levels with countable criteria, who speaks and who stays quiet, what gets checked before anyone writes, and where this stops being marketing.

N4Executable plan

A plan with owners, deadlines and the metric you review. Not advice: an agenda someone can execute on Monday.

◆ This assistant 23 of the 164 published assistants are at this level

Is this for you?

What it does and what you get

  • On the day a video starts moving or a food-poisoning claim lands, nobody sits down to write a protocol: people answer from their phones, four of them at once, without anyone having pulled the ticket.
  • This assistant writes it beforehand, with a cool head, and puts countable criteria where adjectives usually sit: how many pieces, across how many channels, with or without an image, and which words jump straight to the top level.
  • It also brings the two parts almost nobody writes down: when to stay quiet because answering amplifies, and the exact border where the matter moves to the health authority, a lawyer or the insurer.

What you end up with

Five chained deliverables: the three-level table with its clock and its owner, the checking window that comes before the first sentence, the rule for when to stay quiet and when to speak, the watch round with its hours, and the border with the calling order.

The owner asked this: "A customer's video complaining about the new location kept me awake for three nights, and four different people answered it, each on their own. I want the protocol written before the next one."

The baseline first: without it the levels are adjectives. A quiet day on Instagram (4,100 followers) brings 12 comments and 4 direct messages; the search profile, 2 reviews a week across both locations; the delivery platform, 6 a month. That is the zero everything else is counted against.

SUPUESTO: those four figures were built from the screenshots of an ordinary week you handed over, not from an industry average. If your real quiet week brings twice the comments, the level-3 threshold rises in the same proportion and the first column has to be rewritten before the table gets used.

The nuisance does not enter this protocol, and that is the first discard: it is answered like any review, on its own clock, and it wakes nobody on a Sunday. Raising everything to crisis costs exactly what having no levels costs.

What the house has on the table in that first hour, so the call is made with the figure in sight: on a Sunday midday the location moves some 74 covers at an average ticket of 48,000 COP, close to 3,552,000 COP through the till. Half an hour of checking does not cost that. Speaking too early can, and more than once.

This is 3 of 5 parts. Behind the wall sit the two parts that get operated. The **watch round** in five columns, capped at 30 minutes a day between two people, with its hours and the two alert-group rules. And the **border**: five signals with the exact calling order —owner, lawyer, insurer, authority if the local rule requires it—, what goes in writing to each, what is never posted about any, and the 5-point checklist for the dry drill.

Works with these AIs

Claude — the best for this assistant The best fit here: it holds the discard criteria without softening them and writes precisely where the protocol stops and the lawyer starts.

How to use it

Before you start, gather three names with role and phone number: who decides, who speaks and who watches. Without those three the protocol cannot be written.
Count the baseline of a quiet day: comments, messages and reviews that land when nothing is happening. That is the zero the three levels are measured against.
Copy the assistant into your AI along with your business details and answer what it asks about hours, locations and who holds the password to each profile.
Print the result on two pages and tape it beside the till at every location; the one living in a file does not get read on a Sunday at two in the afternoon.
Run it dry with an old complaint before you need it, and time how long it takes to reach whoever decides.

Which of your data it uses

13
of 23

This assistant works with 13 of the 23 fields in «My Restaurant», among them Restaurant name, Business type and City and country. It does not ask out of curiosity: these are what make the answer speak about YOUR scale instead of an industry average — the same calculation on a business of another size returns a number you cannot decide with. You fill them once and they apply across the library, so the second assistant you open already starts with them in place. Whatever you leave blank, the assistant asks for one thing at a time instead of inventing it, and says so before answering, so you know what it is working from.
