Ethical Viral Content Replicator for Restaurants
A video that already blew up goes in —another restaurant's, another trade's— and a new piece of your house comes out, ready to shoot: the record that separates the borrowed bone from someone else's meat, the second-by-second script with your dishes inside, and the shooting card with an owner, a date and a metric.
N5Complete system
Several chained pieces you install and operate over time, with their review cadence. It changes how the business runs, not one decision.

What it does and what you get
- An owner watches a piece explode and does one of two things: copies it whole, script and song included, or leaves it alone out of fear and loses the structure that was genuinely reusable.
- Both endings are bad, and the line between them can be written down.
- What can be replicated is the skeleton: the order the shots come in, the second the promise turns, the type of promise and the cutting rhythm.
- What is never replicated is the meat: the literal script, another person's voice or face, music licensed to someone else, someone else's joke and someone else's personal story.
- This one draws that line row by row and fills the mould with your dishes, your promise and your story, after running the test that prevents the trade's costliest mistake: replicating a video whose success came from the character and not from the structure.
What you end up with
The borrowing record, one row per element of the original, with the columns separating the bone taken from the meat left behind, each with its written reason; the second-by-second script, with time range, shot, what is seen, what is heard, on-screen text and the column declaring where each filling comes from —dish, promise or story of the house—; and the shooting card, with the list of shots and props, who films, the shooting window, the channel it lands on, the action it asks for and the 7-day metric with its baseline and its retirement rule.

The owner asked this: «Sazón de Origen, contemporary Colombian cooking in Medellín: 2 sites, 6 years, 24 people, 48,000 COP average check and 214,000,000 COP a month across both. I sell dine-in, own delivery and one platform; I post on Instagram and WhatsApp. I saw a video from a Mexico City café that blew up: 38 seconds, a hand breaking bread and a countdown on screen. I want to shoot something similar on Thursday with the Trucha al ajillo, without copying its script or its song. What do I take and what do I leave?»
| Element of the original | Bone I take | Meat I leave | Why |
|---|---|---|---|
| Opening: hand breaking the bread in close-up, no voice | The ORDER — the gesture lands before any word, and something breaks | The bread, the hand and that café's counter | Here the hand is our cook's and what breaks is the garlic crust over the trout |
| Turn at 9 seconds: camera jumps from product to the queue outside | The turn second and the change of scale, from small to full | The Mexico City street and the queue | The change of scale here is the dining room on a Tuesday at 1:00 p.m., when it truly fills |
| Rhythm: 9 cuts in 38 seconds, one every 4 seconds | The rhythm, and only the rhythm | The song, licensed to a label | Our own sound: the oil, the knife and the plate landing on the table |
| On-screen countdown | The TYPE of promise: scarcity with a clock, not invented scarcity | The literal wording and the typeface | «Until 2:30 p.m. or until the day's 18 portions run out», said the way this house talks |
| Close: «go get yours» with a link to an online store | Nothing | The line and the whole action | Sazón de Origen has no online store: the action becomes a WhatsApp order or a table in the dining room |
| The owner on camera telling how he opened in 1998 | Nothing | The entire personal story | If a human detail is needed, it comes from our own origin: the family fonda that opened in 2020 |
The character test, run before writing the script. I covered the baker's face and watched again: it still stands. What holds the piece up is the breaking gesture, the scale jump and the clock on screen, not the charisma of whoever appears. That is why this reference can be borrowed. Had it collapsed, the right answer was to send it back and ask for another, not to spend 1 shooting day finding out at the edit. The original's figures come from what you reported; check them with the video in front of you.
| Time range | Shot | What is seen | What is heard | On-screen text | Where the meat comes from |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 0-3 s | Extreme close-up, locked camera | The knife enters the garlic crust of the Trucha al ajillo and the garlic jumps | Only the oil. No music, no voice | — | The house's star dish |
| 4-8 s | Medium shot, hand in frame | The spoon pours the garlic oil over the fillet | Oil and the spoon scraping the pan | «Trucha al ajillo» | The house's star dish |
| 9-14 s | Wide shot of the room (the turn) | The camera rises and the room is full, midday Tuesday | Table noise, still no music | «Tuesday, 1:00 p.m.» | Strong daypart: Tuesday-to-Friday lunch |
| 15-22 s | Table shot, handheld | The plate landing and two office diners waiting for it | The plate on the wood | «Home cooking, served like a restaurant» | The house promise, written as it is |
| 23-30 s | Tight kitchen shot | The cook pulls the day's last tray | One line of hers, in her own voice | «18 portions a day. When they are gone, they are gone» | Real scarcity, measured by our own production |
| 31-36 s | Locked shot, phone in frame | An order coming in on WhatsApp | Silence and the message chime | «Order before 2:30 p.m. · WhatsApp or a table» | Channels the house runs today |
What this script does NOT do. It copies no sentence from the original, uses none of its music and points to no online store that does not exist here. It takes four structural decisions —break something in the first 3 seconds, turn at 9, cut every 4 seconds, close on scarcity with a clock— and fills them with the trout, a Tuesday dining room and the way this house talks. The trout was chosen on contribution margin, not on volume: the Bandeja sells itself, the trout pays best.
Illustrative example generated with a fictional restaurant. Not a promise of results, not a client case.
This is 2 of 3 parts. Behind the wall sits the **shooting card**: the six shots in order, the props counted one by one, who holds the phone while the cook cooks, the shooting window that never touches service, the publishing time, the action it asks for and the 7-day metric with baseline, target and the rule that files the borrowing away if the number does not move.

How to use it
Which of your data it uses
This assistant works with 14 of the 23 fields in «My Restaurant», among them Restaurant name, Business type and Cuisine or concept. It does not ask out of curiosity: these are what make the answer speak about YOUR scale instead of an industry average — the same calculation on a business of another size returns a number you cannot decide with. You fill them once and they apply across the library, so the second assistant you open already starts with them in place. Whatever you leave blank, the assistant asks for one thing at a time instead of inventing it, and says so before answering, so you know what it is working from.
Always up to date
Every assistant carries a visible version and date. When an AI changes how it works, the assistant's version goes up and you see what changed.
v1.0.02026-08-20Initial version. Born from the question left over once the Analyzer has answered its own: I know why that video worked, so what do I shoot on Thursday? That one diagnoses and stops there; this one produces the shooting pack. ETHICAL went into the title and then had to be earned: the cutting line was written with an edge —borrowed bone against someone else's meat— and given its own column in the record, so the owner sees the reason row by row instead of a vague promise of originality. The character test entered the method because of the costliest mistake in the trade: building a whole shoot on a video that worked because of the person in it, and finding out at the edit.Same method, another variant
Inside the app this is a single control: you press it and the assistant reframes itself, including the variants that don't appear here because they don't have their own page yet.
