Academy Progress Report Tool Creator for Restaurants

With the Universal Academy folder, your AI builds the tool that tracks YOUR team's training: an infographic report that says every week who finished, who stalled, which course is furthest behind and whom to call, with figures computed by the same core as the MASTERESTAURANT® academy.

Is this for you?

What it does and what you get

  • Setting up courses is the easy part of your own academy.
  • The hard part is knowing, every Monday, whether the team is doing them, and calling whoever stalled in time.
  • Your academy can live anywhere: a platform, a spreadsheet or a manual log.
  • This assistant has your AI, with the Universal Academy folder, turn that progress into the MASTERESTAURANT® academy's follow-up report.
  • People and enrolments counted separately, four states with one action each, six figures on the cover and the list of whom to call this week. The AI does not compute the figures: they come from the core that travels in the folder, with the same rules every time, so this week's report can be compared with next week's. And it connects training to the P&L: the course nobody finishes is waste, food cost and service escaping.

What you end up with

The inventory of what arrived, with people and enrolments counted against what you said; the progress file without contact data; the infographic report as a single file —six cover figures, states, courses, roles and whom to call— computed by the core; the short message for the manager with every figure copied from the report; the business reading of the course furthest behind; and the weekly rhythm with its owner, its indicator and the rule for whoever stays at risk.

The owner asked this: «We paid for three courses for the team a month ago and I have no idea how they are going. They exported this sheet from the platform; whom do I need to call?»

Works with these AIs

Claude — the best for this assistant Best for this one: it reads the whole export, builds avance.csv and, with Cowork or Claude Code, runs the core until LISTO and leaves the report in your folder.

How to use it

Export your team's progress from wherever it lives —platform, spreadsheet or manual log—: one row per person and course with lessons done, total, last activity and role.
Fill in your team size, labour cost, food cost and goal in My Restaurant.
Download the Universal Academy Kit from this page and unzip it; open ejemplo/INFORME_EJEMPLO.html to see the finished report.
Paste this assistant into your AI together with the folder and your progress file. Get the inventory and confirm the counts before going on.
With an AI that runs code you get the finished report; with another, open motor/plantilla_informe.html and drag avance.csv onto it. Repeat it every week with the same cut-off.

Which of your data it uses

10
of 24

This assistant works with 10 of the 24 fields in «My Restaurant», among them Restaurant name, Business type and City and country. It does not ask out of curiosity: these are what make the answer speak about YOUR scale instead of an industry average — the same calculation on a business of another size returns a number you cannot decide with. You fill them once and they apply across the library, so the second assistant you open already starts with them in place. Whatever you leave blank, the assistant asks for one thing at a time instead of inventing it, and says so before answering, so you know what it is working from.

Always up to date

Every assistant carries a visible version and date. When an AI changes how it works, the assistant's version goes up and you see what changed.
