AI assistant · N5 Complete system
Daily Community Manager Checklist Builder for Restaurants
The sheet you tick with a pen at close of shift, not the plan that lays out the day: 12 to 15 binary items, each with a cut-off hour, a named owner and the evidence that proves it, plus the rule for whatever stayed unticked.
N5Complete system
Several chained pieces you install and operate over time, with their review cadence. It changes how the business runs, not one decision.

What it does and what you get
- Everyone says they «already checked the socials» and almost nobody can prove it.
- This assistant doesn't lay out the day — that's the daily plan's job — nor decide what gets published: it writes the list that gets ticked at close.
- Every item reads as a fact a third party can verify, with a cut-off hour, a named owner and its proof: the inbox screenshot, the link to the loaded post, the file name that entered the photo bank.
- And it carries the two pieces almost no list has: what happens to the item left unticked, and when the day can be called closed.
What you end up with
The printable checklist of 12 to 15 rows with box, item written as a fact, cut-off hour, owner and proving evidence; the carry-over rule for whatever stayed unticked, with owner, new date and a 3-day alarm; and the day-closed criterion with its 7-day metric.

The owner asked this: «We're Sazón de Origen, contemporary Colombian cooking in Medellín, 2 locations and 24 people. Marcela, my manager, runs the socials and swears every day she's checked everything: last Sunday eleven Friday WhatsApp messages turned up unanswered — three of them asking for delivery — and the sancocho photo never went up. Average check 48,000 COP, Instagram and WhatsApp, the bulk of messages lands between 10:30 and 11:30 a.m., and lunch runs 12:00 to 2:30. I want a sheet she ticks and I can review in 2 minutes.»
| ☐ | Item written as a fact | Cut-off | Owner | Evidence that proves it |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| ☐ | Zero WhatsApp messages unanswered since yesterday's close | 11:00 a.m. | Marcela (manager) | Chat list screenshot, no green badge |
| ☐ | Zero Instagram direct messages unanswered since yesterday | 11:00 a.m. | Marcela | Inbox screenshot with the «unread» filter empty |
| ☐ | Delivery platform chat checked, no open complaints | 11:15 a.m. | Marcela | Screenshot of the platform panel |
| ☐ | Comments from the last 24 hours answered or flagged for the owner | 11:30 a.m. | Marcela | Comments tab screenshot |
| ☐ | Day's post loaded AND verified inside the app (opened from a second phone) | 11:00 a.m. | Marcela | Post link pasted on the sheet |
| ☐ | Day's story published with the Trucha al ajillo | 11:15 a.m. | Marcela | Screenshot of the live story |
| ☐ | Service photo or video filed to the bank under its file name | 1:30 p.m. | Shift cashier | Name: `2026-08-19_sancocho_table7.jpg` |
| ☐ | WhatsApp delivery orders entered into the system before cut-off | 2:30 p.m. | Marcela | Order number written next to the chat |
(The full sheet carries 13 items; 8 are shown.) The hours aren't a matter of taste: Tuesday-to-Friday lunch starts at 12:00, so the three conversation boxes close before 11:30 a.m., while the customer is still deciding where to eat. The product capture sits at 1:30 p.m., with the room served and the sancocho plated; at night there's neither dish nor daylight. And the day's story pushes the Trucha al ajillo ahead of the Bandeja de la casa: with a 34% food cost and the goal of lifting operating margin from 8% to 14% in 12 months without touching menu prices, the box that rules is the one moving the better-margin dish. Figures are illustrative and get recalibrated with Sazón de Origen's real numbers in week two.
Nothing gets erased and nothing gets ticked out of pity. An item that ended the day open is copied onto tomorrow's sheet with three fields and no more:
| Carried item | New owner | New date | Reason, six words |
|---|---|---|---|
| Service photo to the bank | Marcela | 20-08 | Room packed, nobody took the phone |
| Platform chat checked | Laureles site manager | 20-08 | Delivery complaint, the site decides |
The alarm: if the SAME item carries 3 days running, it stops being an oversight and becomes a design fault — the hour is wrong or the owner can't carry it. With 2 locations the carry-over also says which one: three weeks falling in the same kitchen isn't a people problem, it's the hour that was given to them. That's the only argument worth Monday's meeting; everything else gets ticked and the day moves on.
Illustrative example generated with a fictional restaurant. Not a promise of results, not a client case.
This is 2 of 3 parts. Behind the wall sits the **day-closed criterion**: which boxes are mandatory, how many may stay open before the day goes unsigned, the two-week table that decides which item changes hour and which changes owner, and the metric that can't be inflated by ticking boxes.

How to use it
Which of your data it uses
This assistant works with 12 of the 23 fields in «My Restaurant», among them Restaurant name, Business type and City and country. It does not ask out of curiosity: these are what make the answer speak about YOUR scale instead of an industry average — the same calculation on a business of another size returns a number you cannot decide with. You fill them once and they apply across the library, so the second assistant you open already starts with them in place. Whatever you leave blank, the assistant asks for one thing at a time instead of inventing it, and says so before answering, so you know what it is working from.
Always up to date
Every assistant carries a visible version and date. When an AI changes how it works, the assistant's version goes up and you see what changed.
v1.1.12026-08-27It now declares the «See photos» capability, so the AI selector warns before you open the prompt in one that lacks it, instead of letting you find out mid-task.v1.1.02026-08-20Rooting. The list stopped naming the house exactly where the work happens: it ticked the same in any restaurant. Now each box is born from the networks and channels the house actually has open, the cut-off hour comes from its strong dayparts, the day's story is filmed with one of its own dishes and tone gets checked against the brand's.v1.0.02026-08-19Initial version. Born in the August 2026 marketing batch with one obsession: turning «I already checked everything» from a phrase into a ticked sheet with evidence beside every box. It also carries what almost no list dares to write — what happens to the item left unticked.Same method, another variant
Inside the app this is a single control: you press it and the assistant reframes itself, including the variants that don't appear here because they don't have their own page yet.
