These terms govern the use of www.masterestaurant.com and of MASTERESTAURANT® programs, services, tools and content. By using the site or purchasing a program or service, you accept these terms.

1. Who we are

MASTERESTAURANT® is the consulting, training and content brand for restaurants, hospitality groups and HORECA businesses owned by Diego Fabián Parra Pabón, based in Bucaramanga, Colombia. Contact: info@masterestaurant.com · WhatsApp +57 317 553 6118.

2. Use of the site

The site provides information about our programs and services, and content such as guides, tools, templates, podcasts and studies. You may use them for your own business or learning.

You may not copy, resell, redistribute or publish as your own any content, template or tool without written permission.
You may not use the site for unlawful purposes, try to access restricted areas or interfere with its operation.

3. Programs and services

The scope, dates, format and price of each program, course, consulting engagement, mentoring or keynote are those published on its page or in the proposal we send you.

A quote requested through the form or WhatsApp is informational: the service is contracted once you accept the proposal and the corresponding payment or agreement is confirmed.

4. Payments

Payments are made through third-party platforms indicated on each program page or in the proposal, such as Hotmart, PayPal or PSE. Those platforms process your payment data under their own terms and security measures; MASTERESTAURANT® does not receive or store your card details.

Change, cancellation or refund conditions are those published on each program page and those of the platform you paid with.

5. Intellectual property

The MASTERESTAURANT methodology, the MASTERESTAURANT® brand, and the texts, images, videos, tools, templates and other content of the site and programs belong to their owner or are used under license. Accessing content or a program grants you a personal or company, non-exclusive and non-transferable right of use for the access period stated for each program.

6. Tools, figures and results

The tools, calculators, templates and figures on the site are for educational and reference purposes. They do not replace professional accounting, legal or tax advice for your case. Each business's results depend on how it applies them, its market and its decisions.

7. Limitation of liability

The site is provided as is. MASTERESTAURANT® is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the site or its content, for technical interruptions, or for the content of linked third-party sites. Nothing in this section limits the rights the law grants you as a consumer.

8. Personal data

The processing of your data is governed by our Privacy and Personal Data Policy.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any dispute will first be addressed directly by email and, if unresolved, before the competent courts of Bucaramanga, Colombia.
