Viral Hook Engine for Restaurants
It doesn't hand you a hook: it hands you the factory. A 30-hook bank sorted by the house's six types, each with the formula that generates it and the dish it hangs from, a weekly rotation so the account stops sounding the same, and a retirement rule that files a burnt hook with its date and reason.
N5Complete system
Several chained pieces you install and operate over time, with their review cadence. It changes how the business runs, not one decision.

What it does and what you get
- An owner who lands one good hook repeats it until it wears out, and when it stops working he has nothing left — because he never had a system, he had a lucky break.
- This piece doesn't write the script (the six sibling assistants do that, one per video type): it builds the 30-hook bank with the generating formula beside each one, so you can produce number 31 without coming back; it spreads the six types across a six-week cycle so the feed stops sounding like the same person saying the same thing; and it puts in writing when a hook burns out and what replaces it.
What you end up with
The 30-hook bank as a table, with its type, generating formula, the dish or daypart it hangs from, the commercial action and the 7-day metric; the six-week rotation matrix with a named owner per post and the 40-minute weekly session; and the retirement log with its archive template and reposition checklist so the bank never drops below 30.

The owner asked this: «We're Sazón de Origen, contemporary Colombian cooking in Medellín: 2 sites, 6 years, 24 people, 48,000 COP average check. We sell dine-in, own delivery and one platform; I post on Instagram and WhatsApp. My dishes are the house Bandeja, the three-meat Sancocho and the garlic Trout, and my peak is Tuesday-to-Friday lunch plus Sunday midday. I have been opening every video the same way for six months. I need the full bank and a rule for when to drop a hook.»
| # | Type | The hook (seconds 0 to 3) | The formula behind it | What it hangs from | Commercial action | 7-day metric |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 03 | Naked number | «Three hours on low fire. That is all this sancocho takes.» | [real time or weight of the process] + [the dish, named as on the menu] | Three-meat Sancocho · Sunday midday | Book a Sunday table on WhatsApp | Bookings written before Saturday (target: 14) |
| 09 | Contrast | «Everyone orders the bandeja for the chicharrón. Wrong dish.» | [what the guest believes] + [what happens here, checkable at the table] | House Bandeja · Tuesday-to-Friday lunch | Order the full bandeja dine-in | Bandejas sold Tuesday to Friday (target: +12%) |
| 14 | Measured scarcity | «Yesterday the trout ran out at 1:35 p.m. Today 40 portions came in.» | [unit that ran out] + [the exact hour] + [what is available today] | Garlic Trout · weekday lunch | Order own delivery before 12:00 | WhatsApp orders before 12:00 (target: 18) |
| 18 | Wordless gesture | Tight shot of the knife entering the chicharrón, no voice and no music for the first 3 seconds | [irreversible action in close-up] + [silence] + [text after second 3] | House Bandeja · any daypart | Save the video and come on the weekend | Reel saves (target: 200) |
| 23 | Confession | «The sancocho takes 14 minutes to reach the table. We are not rushing it.» | [own limit with its number] + [the reason that justifies it] | Three-meat Sancocho · Sunday | Book and arrive with time | Sunday bookings made two hours ahead (target: 10) |
| 27 | Table question | «Does the trout have bones? We get asked four times a day.» | [the guest's literal question] + [the answer the menu never gives] | Garlic Trout · lunch | Order the trout dine-in or delivery | Trout portions sold this week (target: 60) |
What holds the bank up. All 30 come from three dishes and two dayparts, and not one hangs from a dish that is off the menu: a hook without a dish is an ad for any restaurant. None pushes the 28,000 COP plate — with a 48,000 COP average check and the goal of lifting operating margin from 8% to 14% in 12 months without touching the menu, what the bank must move is the sales mix toward the three star dishes. And none promises what the kitchen cannot do on an ordinary Wednesday: the sancocho takes 14 minutes, so the hook says it instead of hiding it. Figures are illustrative; targets get calibrated with the house's real numbers in week two.
| Week | Type on air | Daypart it chases | Who posts | Why that week |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | Naked number | Tuesday-to-Friday lunch | Main-site manager | Opens the cycle with hard data: the type the office crowd shares most |
| 2 | Table question | Tuesday-to-Friday lunch | Cashier | Picks up the doubts week 1 left and answers them in public |
| 3 | Wordless gesture | Sunday midday | Head chef | Runs when Sunday occupancy softens: it enters through the eye, not the argument |
| 4 | Contrast | Tuesday-to-Friday lunch | Main-site manager | Time to take a side, and contrast only holds once every six weeks |
| 5 | Measured scarcity | Lunch and Sunday | Cashier | Posted with yesterday's figure, never with an invented shortage |
| 6 | Confession | Sunday midday | Head chef | Closes the cycle with the guard down; then the bank returns to week 1 |
The weekly session: every Monday at 3:30 p.m., 40 minutes, in the main site's office. The week's type comes out of the bank, the hooks get read aloud —anything that does not sound like this house goes back in—, last week's metric is written next to each published hook and the shooter signs. No type repeats two weeks running and none takes more than 30% of the month's posts.
Illustrative example generated with a fictional restaurant. Not a promise of results, not a client case.
This is 2 of 3 parts. Behind the wall sits the **retirement log**: the table counting each hook's three posts with its metric, the filing date and reason, the rule that stops you dropping one that is still climbing, and the reposition checklist that keeps the bank at 30.

How to use it
Which of your data it uses
This assistant works with 13 of the 23 fields in «My Restaurant», among them Restaurant name, Cuisine or concept and City and country. It does not ask out of curiosity: these are what make the answer speak about YOUR scale instead of an industry average — the same calculation on a business of another size returns a number you cannot decide with. You fill them once and they apply across the library, so the second assistant you open already starts with them in place. Whatever you leave blank, the assistant asks for one thing at a time instead of inventing it, and says so before answering, so you know what it is working from.
Always up to date
Every assistant carries a visible version and date. When an AI changes how it works, the assistant's version goes up and you see what changed.
v1.0.02026-08-20Initial version. Born as the head of the c13 hook family: the six siblings each write a script and none of them settled where the hook comes from on a week with no inspiration. This one hands over the bank of 30 with the formula beside it —so the owner can build number 31 without coming back—, the six-week rotation that strips the feed of its habit of opening the same way, and the rule Diego wanted from the start: a hook burns on its third post without moving the metric, and gets filed with a date and a reason instead of fading out unnoticed.Same method, another variant
Inside the app this is a single control: you press it and the assistant reframes itself, including the variants that don't appear here because they don't have their own page yet.
