AI assistant · N5 Complete system
Sales Channel Dashboard Builder for Restaurants
The channel SPECIALIST board: each channel's real NET profit — commission, packaging, errors and refunds included —, the channel growing on borrowed ground, the owned one to fatten, and the push-or-brake decision with a figure — in a canales.html.
N5Complete system
Several chained pieces you install and operate over time, with their review cadence. It changes how the business runs, not one decision.

What it does and what you get
- Your best-selling channel can be the one that leaves the least: the app takes its commission, packaging costs, the delivery error gets refunded, and by month's end the star channel turns out to fund the platform.
- The sales board watches the mix as part of the weekly pulse; THIS is the specialist: each channel's real net profit with ALL its own costs, the cost of acquiring an order on each, the dependency — how much of sales lives on rented ground — and the decision with a figure: which channel gets pushed, which braked, which renegotiated.
- With the method's standing play: every platform order is a chance to convert it to the owned channel.
What you end up with
The per-channel x-ray — sales, commission, packaging, errors, real net profit and profit per order — with verdict; the canales.html file with rented-ground dependency, owned-channel conversion and the biweekly cells; and the routine written inside — the push/brake/renegotiate decision with its indicator, numeric target, owner and date.
EXAMPLE This is what you getAn example built with Sazón de Origen, the house's fictional restaurant. Not your data: your result is built with YOUR restaurant's.See the full example →Sample result
The owner asked this: «I sell in the dining room, by WhatsApp and on two apps. Apps are 40% of sales and I have no idea whether they leave me anything after commission.»
Sorted by profit per order, which decides, and not by sales, which deceives.
| Channel | Sales/mo | Effective commission | Packaging | Errors | Net profit | Per order | Verdict |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Dining room | 22.0 M | — | — | 0.1 M | 6.1 M | 8,900 | The one holding the house |
| Own WhatsApp | 4.8 M | — | 0.4 M | 0.1 M | 1.4 M | 7,200 | TO FATTEN: delivery's best margin |
| App A | 9.6 M | 2.6 M (27%) | 0.8 M | 0.4 M | 0.7 M | 1,500 | Holds, barely |
| App B | 5.2 M | 1.5 M (29%) | 0.5 M | 0.3 M | −0.1 M | −400 | LOSES MONEY: every order funds the platform |
Allocation criterion, written down: packaging goes to the channel that consumes it; dispatch labor cost is split by number of orders, not by sales — splitting it by sales hands the dining room a cost it does not generate.
The reading: 40% of sales produces 7% of profit. App B sells 5.2 M a month to leave a loss: the volume was vanity.
Dependency on rented ground: 41% of sales.
SUPUESTO: the alarm threshold is set at 35% because that is the point where this house could no longer absorb a commission rise without touching price — the owner agreed it on 25 August; it does not come from a sector average. If the agreed threshold were 45%, this board would come out amber instead of red, and the fortnight's decision would change channel.
| Piece | Where it goes | Cost per order | Commission it saves | Counter that measures it |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Flyer in the bag | In every app bag | 180 | 2,400 on App A | WhatsApp orders citing the app |
| Sticker with the WhatsApp number | Cup and lid | 90 | 2,400 on App A | Same counter, read every 15 days |
| First direct order discount | Only to the converted | 3,900 once | 2,400 per order, forever | Pays for itself on the second order |
Conversion costs less than half the commission from the second order onward. That is the only reason it belongs on the board.
Illustrative example generated with a fictional restaurant. Not a promise of results, not a client case.
This is 2 of 3 parts. Behind the wall are **the file and the fortnightly routine**: the template with its single decision, its indicator with target, owner and reading date, and the renegotiate-or-close threshold with its deadline.

How to use it
Which of your data it uses
This assistant works with 9 of the 23 fields in «My Restaurant», among them Restaurant name, Business type and Active sales channels. It does not ask out of curiosity: these are what make the answer speak about YOUR scale instead of an industry average — the same calculation on a business of another size returns a number you cannot decide with. You fill them once and they apply across the library, so the second assistant you open already starts with them in place. Whatever you leave blank, the assistant asks for one thing at a time instead of inventing it, and says so before answering, so you know what it is working from.
Always up to date
Every assistant carries a visible version and date. When an AI changes how it works, the assistant's version goes up and you see what changed.
v1.1.02026-08-25Body rewritten to pay down duelo debt: it scored 65.6 out of 90.0. The `cifras` signal read ZERO —the whole body talked about commissions, thresholds and deadlines without one figure carrying a unit— and `lexico` 1 of 10 on a card that is pure channel craft; `metodo` was 3 of 6 because the three deliverables sat in a running paragraph. The TASK is now six numbered steps injecting «fields», the OUTPUT FORMAT names its pieces by block with columns, card, matrix, template and checklist, and the measurement windows —8 weeks, 15 days, 60 days— are written down. The dependency threshold is no longer hard-coded: it is agreed with the owner or declared with the SUPUESTO line.v1.0.02026-08-15Initial version. Born in batch 12, c07's first artifact, with the full lead-magnet kit and a Sazón de Origen example. Its written boundary: the sales board watches channel sales as pulse; this one SUBTRACTS down to net profit and decides push, brake or renegotiate — with the standing owned-channel conversion play.Same method, another variant
Inside the app this is a single control: you press it and the assistant reframes itself, including the variants that don't appear here because they don't have their own page yet.
