SUPUESTO: the house has declared no target food cost, so the amber threshold is set at the median of the restaurant's own last 12 weeks and not at an industry reference. If the house's real target were 3 points lower, half the green months turn amber and the monthly review changes subject.
Verdict on what gets looked at first on Monday: projected cash. A high food-cost month can be corrected; a week with no cash closes the location.

How to use it
Which of your data it uses
This assistant works with 10 of the 23 fields in «My Restaurant», among them Restaurant name, Business type and Number of locations. It does not ask out of curiosity: these are what make the answer speak about YOUR scale instead of an industry average — the same calculation on a business of another size returns a number you cannot decide with. You fill them once and they apply across the library, so the second assistant you open already starts with them in place. Whatever you leave blank, the assistant asks for one thing at a time instead of inventing it, and says so before answering, so you know what it is working from.
Always up to date
Every assistant carries a visible version and date. When an AI changes how it works, the assistant's version goes up and you see what changed.
v1.2.02026-08-25Body rewritten to pay down duelo debt: it scored 59.8 out of 90.0. The `metodo` signal read ZERO — the method was all there but written as a paragraph, «First… Second… Third…», and the meter only counts numbered steps at the start of a line; the TASK is now six numbered steps that also inject «nombre_restaurante», «canales_venta», «ventas_mes» and «meta_principal» where decisions are made (required by arraigo). `verificacion` was at 2 of 5 because BEFORE YOU DELIVER was a string of questions with no checking verb: it is now five imperative checks. `lexico` was at 5 of 10 and `cifras` at 6 of 12: indicators are now named by their trade names (prime cost, contribution margin, break-even, sales mix, occupancy, covers) and the measurement windows are dated. The hard-coded «food cost against a 32% ceiling» is removed as a universal truth and replaced by the SUPUESTO: line, which makes the AI declare its own benchmark and what would change if it were different.
