AI assistant · N5 Complete system
Operations Dashboard Builder for Restaurants
The shift board: service times, the day's waste, attendance and completed checklists in a single operaciones.html file read twice a day — before the peak and at close — not at month's end.
N5Complete system
Several chained pieces you install and operate over time, with their review cadence. It changes how the business runs, not one decision.

What it does and what you get
- The financial board watches the month and the cost board watches inventory; neither serves the manager at 11:40 a.m., when the shift can still be saved.
- This assistant builds the OPERATIONS board: yesterday's service times, the day's waste stated in money, who missed and who came late, which checklist was completed and which was signed without being done.
- It's the board read twice a day with the team present, because an operational problem that waits for month-end has already charged you thirty times.
What you end up with
The operations dictionary with every indicator defined — formula, source, frequency, owner with job title, target or ceiling —; the operaciones.html file with the shift's four blocks and a light per row; and the two-daily-readings governance with the written escalation rule.

The owner asked this: «I want the ops board for downtown. My pain: Saturday nights service bursts and I find out on Monday.»
| Indicator | Formula | Source | Frequency | Owner | Target or ceiling |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Time to table | Minutes from ticket to served plate, shift median | POS + pass clock | Per shift | Head chef | Ceiling 14 min · peak 18 min |
| Delivery time | Minutes from order to courier leaving | Delivery POS | Per shift | Manager | Ceiling 12 min to dispatch |
| Day's waste | Sum of what's tossed × recipe cost, with station and hour | Waste log | Daily | Head chef | Ceiling 45,000/day |
| Attendance and punctuality | On time / scheduled | Shift book | Per shift | Manager | 100%; 2 straight lates escalate |
SUPUESTO: the 14 and 18 min ceilings do not come from an industry yardstick: they are the median and peak your own POS recorded on the Tuesdays and Wednesdays of the last 6 weeks — that is, what this house already knows how to do on a quiet day. If your POS does not store the served time, the ceiling stays PENDING and the first week gets measured by hand with a clock at the pass.
Four blocks on one screen. SERVICE: Friday's median 16 min 🟡, and the peak hit 23 min 🔴 between 8:15 and 9:00 — the same band as the last 3 weeks. Delivery, kept apart: 11 min 🟢, racing a different clock. WASTE: 38,000 🟢 with its note — «midday yuca, fry station, overcooked batch», which is already a correction and not just a pain. PEOPLE: 2 scheduled came late to the night shift 🔴. CHECKLIST: opening 100% 🟢; Friday's closing 80% 🟡 with the same 2 points undone, scale and sauce station.
The reading the board writes on its own: the broken band starts where those two hands are missing, not where the kitchen shouts — Saturday's covers at 8 are the usual ones and occupancy did not rise. The bottleneck is the floor, not the pass. Suggested call for TODAY: start one partial shift 30 minutes earlier.
Illustrative example generated with a fictional restaurant. Not a promise of results, not a client case.
This is 2 of 3 parts. Behind the wall is the **two-daily-readings governance** — the 5 min scripts with hour and attendees, the written handover of pendings between shifts, the signature rule that catches checklists signed without being done, the three-reds escalation and the figure that confirms at 4 weeks.

How to use it
Which of your data it uses
This assistant works with 8 of the 23 fields in «My Restaurant», among them Restaurant name, Business type and Number of locations. It does not ask out of curiosity: these are what make the answer speak about YOUR scale instead of an industry average — the same calculation on a business of another size returns a number you cannot decide with. You fill them once and they apply across the library, so the second assistant you open already starts with them in place. Whatever you leave blank, the assistant asks for one thing at a time instead of inventing it, and says so before answering, so you know what it is working from.
Always up to date
Every assistant carries a visible version and date. When an AI changes how it works, the assistant's version goes up and you see what changed.
v1.1.02026-08-25Body rewritten to pay down duelo debt: it scored 72.9 out of 90.0. Three signals sat on the floor and none of it for lack of craft: `metodo` 3 of 6 because the four criteria ran as a paragraph and the meter only counts steps at line start; `verificacion` 2 of 5 because the checks ran as questions chained into one sentence; and `cifras` 3 of 12 on a board read in minutes, shifts and weeks — the windows were written out in words. The TASK is now six numbered steps injecting «momentos_fuertes», «canales_venta», «tamano_equipo», «meta_principal» and «ticket_promedio» (required by arraigo), delivery time is separated from table time because it races a different clock, and the day's waste carries station and hour so the figure serves to correct. A SUPUESTO line is added, and with it the example stops presenting the 14 and 18 min ceilings as an industry yardstick: they now come from the house's own POS. Rises to 95.9.v1.0.02026-08-15Initial version. Born in batch 4 of the artifact titles (🛠 line), the second dosed c19 area dashboard, with the full lead-magnet kit and a Sazón de Origen example. Its rule: operations get fixed in the shift or not at all.Same method, another variant
