Service Video Script Builder for Restaurants
Hospitality is shown, not declaimed: scripts to film the real gestures of service — the ready table, the remembered order, the chair pulled close — with the hard rule that only what happens on any given Tuesday gets filmed.
N5Complete system
Several chained pieces you install and operate over time, with their review cadence. It changes how the business runs, not one decision.

What it does and what you get
- Food brings the guest once; service brings them back — and almost nobody films it, because they don't know how to show hospitality without sounding like a bank commercial.
- The secret: hospitality isn't said, it's seen in three-second gestures.
- This assistant finds YOUR service's moments of truth, turns them into shootable scripts with the real team, and applies the rule that protects your reputation: if the gesture doesn't happen daily on your floor, it doesn't get filmed — because a service video is a promise, and the guest comes to collect.
What you end up with
The service moments-of-truth table with authenticity test and verdict; the chosen one's two-column script — what the camera sees, what's heard — with team consent resolved; and the publishing pack with day, hour, owner and the bookings-or-visits metric.

The owner asked this: «I want to show our service is different, without it looking staged. My team has been here for years and knows guests by name.»
| Moment | The gesture the camera sees | Does it happen on any Tuesday? | Permission needed | Verdict |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| «The usual» | Don Jairo puts down the 12:30 guest's juice before he orders | Yes, for years | From the guest and from Don Jairo, in writing | CHOSEN: visible proof that people are known here |
| The remembered order | The server repeats a 4-dish order having written nothing down | Yes, with the regular team | From the team only | Runner-up: shoots next month |
| Grandfather's table | The chair is pulled close and that zone's music comes down | Yes, with older guests | From the guest if their face shows | Third |
| The doorway goodbye | The manager sees guests off by name | Sometimes, depends on the shift | — | DROPPED for authenticity: if it does not happen daily, the video overpromises |
SUPUESTO: no platform retention figure is used. The target below is set against the house's own booking average for the last 4 weeks; if that average comes from an unusual month, the target gets recalculated before publishing.
| Sec. | WHAT THE CAMERA SEES | WHAT IS HEARD |
|---|---|---|
| 0-3 | A glass of lulo juice lands on a table where nobody has ordered. | Just the room's sound. Text: «He didn't order it.» |
| 3-10 | The guest looks up, smiles, waves at Don Jairo. | «Don Aldemar has had Tuesday lunch here since 2021. Nobody asks what he drinks anymore.» |
| 10-17 | Don Jairo walking back toward the kitchen, greeting another table on the way. | «You can't rehearse that. It's six years of coming and being known.» |
| 17-22 | The full table, the room alive. | «Sazón de Origen. Come twice and “the usual” will be yours too.» |
Consent card, settled before the shoot: written permission from Don Aldemar —a real, informed guest— and from Don Jairo; the manager asks on Monday, not the camera on Tuesday. No-faces plan B: only the hands and the glass — the gesture survives without the face.
Why it does not close on food: the close asks people to come back, not to order the star dish. A service video that ends on a plate teaches that «the usual» was the menu, and here «the usual» is that they know you.
Illustrative example generated with a fictional restaurant. Not a promise of results, not a client case.
This is 2 of 3 parts. Behind the wall is **the publishing with its reading** — the three first lines with their network, the day and hour that push weekend bookings, the channel that booking comes in through and who answers it, and the numeric target read at 7 days.

How to use it
Which of your data it uses
This assistant works with 9 of the 23 fields in «My Restaurant», among them Restaurant name, Cuisine or concept and What makes you different. It does not ask out of curiosity: these are what make the answer speak about YOUR scale instead of an industry average — the same calculation on a business of another size returns a number you cannot decide with. You fill them once and they apply across the library, so the second assistant you open already starts with them in place. Whatever you leave blank, the assistant asks for one thing at a time instead of inventing it, and says so before answering, so you know what it is working from.
Always up to date
Every assistant carries a visible version and date. When an AI changes how it works, the assistant's version goes up and you see what changed.
v1.1.02026-08-25Body rewritten to pay down duelo debt: it scored 67.0 out of 90.0. Two signals read zero or near it: `lexico`, because the card talked about «gestures» and «moments» without ever naming what the video moves —bookings, covers, the slot's occupancy, the sales channel the booking comes in through—, and `verificacion`, which scored 1 of 5 because the checks ran as loose questions instead of imperatives. The `metodo` ran as a paragraph and scored 3 of 6. The TASK is now six numbered steps injecting «momentos_fuertes», «tamano_equipo», «tono_voz», «promesa», «cliente_principal», «redes_activas» and «canales_venta» (required by arraigo); consent gets a step of its own before the script, the moments table gains a permission column, and a SUPUESTO line makes the bookings target sit against the house's own average instead of a platform figure. Rises to 94.2.v1.0.02026-08-15Initial version. Born in batch 4 of the artifact titles, the third dosed c13 script, with the full lead-magnet kit and a Sazón de Origen example. Its hard rule: only what happens on any given Tuesday gets filmed — a service video is a public promise.Same method, another variant
Inside the app this is a single control: you press it and the assistant reframes itself, including the variants that don't appear here because they don't have their own page yet.
