AI assistant · N5 Complete system
Team Video Script Builder for Restaurants
The team as the star: scripts to show the mastery of the people who make the house — with the rule that nobody faces the camera against their will, nobody recites a script, and the video of someone who left gets retired.
N5Complete system
Several chained pieces you install and operate over time, with their review cadence. It changes how the business runs, not one decision.

What it does and what you get
- Guests return where they're known, and who knows them isn't the logo: it's the cook of eight years, the waiter who knows the menu cold, the barista with a gesture of his own.
- But the typical employee video fails through two doors: the corporate script that sounds hostage-read, or the forced skit that costs dignity.
- This assistant turns your team's real mastery into shootable scripts: it finds who has which craft worth a camera, films them working and talking their way, and closes by selling the dish or service that person commands — with consent settled beforehand and dignity as the rule.
What you end up with
The cast table — who holds which filmable mastery, its proof and their camera willingness, with verdict —; the chosen person's shot-by-shot script, with ideas to say their way and the hands-only plan B for whoever declines showing their face; and the publishing pack with consent, day, hour, owner, the double reading and the retire rule for videos of people who left.
EXAMPLE This is what you getAn example built with Sazón de Origen, the house's fictional restaurant. Not your data: your result is built with YOUR restaurant's.See the full example →Sample result
The owner asked this: «Doña Rosa has hand-cracked the chicharrón for 8 years and Andrés knows the three questions of every dish. I want to show them without sounding like a commercial or making anyone uncomfortable.»
| Person | Mastery the camera sees | Proof the guest notices it | Wants camera? | Verdict |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Doña Rosa (kitchen, 8 years) | The three-piece chicharrón cut at service pace | Guests ask for her by name | Gladly | CHOSEN: mastery + proof + willingness |
| Andrés (floor, 3 years) | Answers any dish's 3 questions without the menu | The check rises when he takes the table | Yes | Second: shoots next month |
| Griddle cook | The even sear on the bandeja | Real production technique | No face | Plan B in this same cell: hands and station, voice over — nobody is forced |
SUPUESTO: no industry benchmark is used for what a team video «should» return. The target is set against Sazón de Origen's own 4-week mean; if the POS history turns out shorter, the target is recalculated and said out loud.
| Shot | Seconds | What the camera sees | The idea she says her way |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | 0-6 | Rosa's hands cracking chicharrón at real pace; her face not yet shown. | Nothing. Just the crunch. On-screen text: «8 years doing this.» |
| 2 | 6-18 | The camera rises: Rosa works and talks without stopping. | The idea, her way: how many she cracks on a Saturday; why by hand you feel the point and by machine you don't. |
| 3 | 18-30 | Close-up of the three-piece cut; the bandeja behind, in real production. | The idea: guests never see who cracks their chicharrón — but they notice at the bite. |
| 4 | 30-38 | Rosa looks at the camera; the plate goes to the pass. | She introduces herself by name and names the dish as the menu names it: the house Bandeja. |
What does NOT happen: no script, no dance, no humor at anyone's expense; no extra bandeja gets cooked for the camera —that would be paid-for waste— and no shot teaches a cut that contradicts the standardized recipe. The signature comes first: Rosa signs consent on Tuesday and approves the final cut before publishing.
Illustrative example generated with a fictional restaurant. Not a promise of results, not a client case.
This is 2 of 3 parts. Behind the wall is the **publishing pack**: the one-page consent template, the three opening lines, the shoot outside the peak, the double-reading target as a figure, and the monthly inventory checklist with its retire rule.

How to use it
Which of your data it uses
This assistant works with 9 of the 23 fields in «My Restaurant», among them Restaurant name, Cuisine or concept and Team size. It does not ask out of curiosity: these are what make the answer speak about YOUR scale instead of an industry average — the same calculation on a business of another size returns a number you cannot decide with. You fill them once and they apply across the library, so the second assistant you open already starts with them in place. Whatever you leave blank, the assistant asks for one thing at a time instead of inventing it, and says so before answering, so you know what it is working from.
Always up to date
Every assistant carries a visible version and date. When an AI changes how it works, the assistant's version goes up and you see what changed.
v1.1.02026-08-25Body rewritten to pay down duelo debt: it scored 54.4 out of 90.0. Two signals read ZERO or near it: `lexico` at 0 because the assistant talked about the camera and never named the restaurant trade —which dish gets pushed according to the sales mix, why a workhorse with a healthy contribution margin moves more than a star dish that already sells itself, what waste is created by cooking an extra plate just to film it—; and `verificacion` at 1 because BEFORE YOU DELIVER was a row of questions without a single checking verb. The TASK also came as running prose («One… Two… Three…»), so `metodo` counted 3 of 6 on a method that was already good: it is now six numbered steps at the start of the line, five of them injecting the restaurant's «fields», which is what arraigo requires since its cutoff —the card declared nine fields under YOUR RESTAURANT and never used one again—. Measurement windows are written as figures (7 days, 4 weeks, 30 to 45 seconds) and a SUPUESTO line is added so the AI declares its own benchmark instead of the house hard-coding one. Rises to 95.8.v1.0.02026-08-15Initial version. Born in batch 7 of the artifact titles, the sixth dosed c13 script, with the full lead-magnet kit and a Sazón de Origen example. Its rules: nobody is forced, nobody recites a script, and the video of anyone who left gets retired.Same method, another variant
Inside the app this is a single control: you press it and the assistant reframes itself, including the variants that don't appear here because they don't have their own page yet.
